Client Services Intern

Part Time

Join our team as a Client Services Intern and play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will be the first point of contact for referred clients, providing compassionate and efficient assistance throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients regarding attendance, treatment questions, and billing inquiries.

  • Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to accurately record client information and manage appointments.

  • Generate reports to track client progress and ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)

Looking for a Licensed Counselor who has LPC, LISAC or LCSW for evening and weekend Substance Use Education, Substance Use Treatment, and Domestic Violence offender groups.

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct individual and group sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate psychoeducation group sessions focusing on positive alternatives, anger management, substance use treatment, DUI education, domestic violence, and court-mandated counseling.

  • Conduct screening assessments and intake orientations.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.

  • Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.

  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.

Job Summary:
 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our behavioral health clinic. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, supervising clinical staff and student interns, and maintaining compliance with all applicable Arizona administrative codes and ethical standards. This role requires a strong leader with excellent clinical skills, a passion for growth, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
 

Responsibilities:
 

Clinical Leadership and Supervision:

  • Provide supervision/oversight to licensed therapists, counselors, and interns.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

  • Conduct regular clinical case reviews and provide feedback to staff.

  • Address and resolve complex clinical issues and crises.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with all required Arizona Administrative Codes to maintain facility license.

  • Maintain and establish quality assurance protocols and procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Stay abreast of current best practices and ethical standards in behavioral health.

  • Maintain all licensure requirements.

Staff Development and Training:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Current and unrestricted licensure in Arizona (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist).

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of Arizona Administrative Code requirements

  • Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • Experience with student intern supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience in program development and implementation.

  • Experience working with diverse populations.

  • Knowledge of managed care and insurance regulations.
