Ben DeJesus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Arizona State University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Honor Society. Ben has over 14 years of experience working in integrated care, substance abuse treatment, and outpatient therapy programs.

 

Ben is a board-approved clinical supervisor and has provided clinical supervision for more than nine years, supporting emerging professionals in achieving independent licensure and completing internship programs. His mentorship is grounded in evidence-based practices and a commitment to professional development.

 

In addition to his clinical work, Ben has held leadership roles across multidisciplinary behavioral health teams. He has successfully led strategic initiatives, including the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance clinical efficiency and improve client outcomes.
